My brief Journey…..

I was your normal company employee, going to work every day and going through the motions.

I wanted to make a difference in my own life but I also wanted to be known as somewhat of authority within a subject, but if I am honest I wasn’t sure what that subject was. Then a previous manager assigned me to a project team based around building a digital product which changed my outlook on my professional life.

This led to the epiphany of being interested in Innovation and bettering myself, but I still didn’t have the confidence to break out to meet my dreams.

At the time I was struggling with both confidence, poor health and a lack of motivation. That meant I was stuck hating Monday mornings, leading to going to work to pay the bills only.

That made me feel miserable, I always felt that I could do more, but I was scared to push the button and try.

Then two things happened in my life, my marriage broke down, my dad passed away and everything changed meaning I was no longer scared to try something different.

So I decided to complete an MBA so I could start the process of becoming that person I always wanted to be.

But there was still a problem…

I still had to deal with the lack of confidence, but my fellow students helped me with this leading to me growing as a person.

In the end after 3 years of study, I completed my MBA and am currently in a PhD program as well as running my own Innovation agency, Visualise Solutions.

The confidence of completing my MBA allowed me to start my own business with two other business partners.

Which meant we could now scope out our journey and focus on the aims of better myself and helping other people to grow.

In the end, we were able to close our first big deal with a large national customer and start our journey as business owners.

When all is said and done I was able to completely change as a person. And in the end, all of this means my final passing comment from my dad was give it a shot and I did him proud.

So the moral of the story is never give up, give what you want to do a shot and once you find what you like it will all come together.

Starting the Innovation agency was life-changing and I can say that this has become my passion in life. , as myself and my business partners progress in our business, we can share this enjoyment with our clients and keep enjoying Monday mornings.

And this is why I decided to focus on working with people who were in the same position as me and give them confidence to pursue their dreams, coach them to start there own business, be a helping hand and , we can grow together.
